Our unsubscribe link may have had technical issues a few months ago. But once you emailed us manually to request a stop in May, we reviewed your situation internally and took steps immediately to ensure your email preferences are fully removed. Besides, businesses on the BBB have to pay an expensive annual fee to maintain the BBB accreditation, we have quit paying for the so-called accreditation years ago.

They keep spamming. Yet another spam email from LegalHoop.com received today, bring the total spam emails I've received from them up to near 50 over the past few months.

If you really received emails from us mistakenly, simply clicking the unsubscribe link is the easiest solution, or tell us your email address to let us opt you out manually.

This company promises to register your logo for a relatively low price, but then charges you much more. They don't fill out the application properly, then the USPTO requests more information, and for providing that information, they charge you more. You end up paying triple what they initially offered.

Hi Oscar, You only placed and paid $249 for an office action response in July of 2024. We did so and helped you get your trademark approved for registration. We reminded you that a notice of allowance had been issued on Nov. 5, 2024 and informed you that you need to pay for a statement of use. Any applications filed based on intent to use must file a statement of use, which is the common practice. You filed the application based on intent to use, so it's necessary for you to pay for a statement of use or an extension before May 5. We did what you paid for and what's more, we offered you free monitoring services and reminders about the next action. We feel really frustrated that you gave a 1-star rate just because of your ignorance of the trademark application process.

This is my 3rd trademark, but first time with Legal Hoop and the first time I've ever had any issues related to my business information with USTPO. I believe they do not know how to file business/ LLC owned trademarks in an acceptable way. Please learn from my situation. If you are a business using a business address that is a co-working space, a mailbox, or anything that isn't considered a livable address you will receive a rejection letter from USTPO. However, there is clearly a way to file these type of addresses as it was done just fine for my other trademarks and patent - Legalhoop just doesn't know how to do it. They also refused to honor their customer satisfaction policy and said that I needed to advise them on how to file my address - which is nuts because they are supposed to be the law firm not me. If I need to advise them, then they would need to be paying a fee to me, right? TLDR: Do not use them to file for business trademark. Fake Customer Satisfaction Policy. They are responsive and good otherwise, but they refused to make it right to complete the trademark. Maybe they intentionally do this and get you rejection letters so they can try and charge you more fees for filing responses. ****** Update 2: I like how their support team never replied to any of my 3 emails, but they can reply on here and try to blame a customer. You never tried to "cooperate" with me, your response to this issue was to charge me another $199 (which is an entire filing fee, its literally your new application filing fee) to fix this address small address issue. Responding to an office action to fix an address costs $0. USTPO confirmed this. The issue was you filed an office address as my owner domicile address apparently and now you won't fix it or even reply to email. USTPO won't let me fix it on my own because the attorney aka gatekeepr on file has to reply, but you're not replying to any support messages other than on here to try and act as if you did your job. I am so glad this happened and now I know to never trust a discount online filing company. All buyers please beware. ****** Update : Just discovered they are not BBB accredited and they have 4 open complaints against them and they are reported as not responding to the BBB. C- Rating. I wish I saw this before I hired them. I was swayed by the low prices.

Hi there, We filed the application with the same address this applicant provided in the order for the trademark application, but later the examiner found that the address was an address of a third party which was not the applicant's domicile address, and thus this applicant was required to provide the correct address. However, this applicant refused to cooperate with us and insisted that he had successfully registered the other marks with the same address BEFORE. We explained that the rules had CHANGED, now USPTO requires all trademark applicants and registrants to provide and keep their real domicile address(instead of virtual office address) in trademark filings. Here is the USPTO New Policy link: https://www.uspto.gov/trademarks/laws/trademark-rule-requires-foreign-applicants-and-registrants-have-us We can't verify each address provided by the Applicant to see if it's the Applicant's real address or virtual office address. Applicants should be responsible for the applicant’s information provided for the new application. We should not be blamed for the incorrect address provided by the applicant. BBB Accreditation is something merchants can not obtain unless we pay for BBB annually. We do not have enough time to manage multiple review platforms, so we have paid little attention to BBB before, but thank you for your reminder, we will try to adjust in the future. This people are not serious or neither lawyers...I contract them to file my SOU AND IT FAILED , after they examination of my pictures on products, then the Lady that was dealing with me from this company send me the refusal of USPTO and asked for diffrent pictures of my products, wich I submitted exactly as she told me to... now they are charging me again to answer or Re submit my SOU with the pictures of my products as they exactly recomended me , so after all this hassle process during over 3 weeks she came to answer that they have to get paid to answer my SOU Re submission but they are not responsible for the outcome of the process...so where is the expertise or experience regarding this matter from them? Then I asked 2 times by email a good phone number to talk to them and clarify some things , and both time she didn't send me a contact info, or an offi e or NO ONE to talk to.... it looks like is somebody behind a laptop trying to earn money WITHOUT ACTUALLY being a trademark lawyer nor experience regarding this matter.... So I lost my money and worst of all LOT of time going back and forward to end up with zero results and still not have my SOU right. I am a mechanical engineer and an entrepreneur own 2 business just for you guys to know that I'm not a "ghost" trying to do things unprofessional. Don't Trust these people. Save money and time!

Hi Antonio, We reminded you that the specimens you provided might not be acceptable, but you insisted and stated that you had registered another trademark with specimens like that. We submitted the specimens under your instruction, however, they were refused. For the response, we have told you what kind of specimens would be acceptable, and pointed out the aspect that might not be acceptable. You became quite impatient and were not cooperative and keep questioning our expertise. We hope to help you get all issues resolved, however, without your cooperation, we can not finalize the case.

I understand your anxiety regarding the deadline, that's why we have prepared and filed your case within 2 business days and charge no urgent processing fee. We emailed you several times, could you please check the spam folder? Sincerely,
