Response is rapid. Would like a clear statement of accomplishment, as well as the multi-page report. Multi-page report is confusing, with names of people (at my address) that I don't know.

Took a very long time to get ahold of someone after I placed an order to help for an OA. Probably a week or so. However, once I got ahold of someone they helped me with my OA and now my Trademark is approved. Just wish their response times were better.
