Lefton HomeReviews of leftonhome.com

The sink looks great on line, but not so good when it arrived - cutting board damaged, sink dented and drain cover dented. My plumber spent 3 hours trying to figure out how to get the garbage disposal attached and was not able to complete the job. The instructions advise you to get rid of all of their drain plumbing if you are going to install a disposal - with no instructions on what to buy or how to hook it up. It was very excited to get it and it is unfortunately junk that is going back!

Hello, I have to share a negative review of the Lefton Single Bowl Workstation Kitchen Sink Set with Waterfall Faucet-KS2203 × 1. The overall quality does not match the price, the faucet doesn’t fit properly into the sink pocket, the plastic drain was leaking, and I had to fix the leaks with silicone. Customer support is unresponsive to obvious issues and only offers to send a 'gasket set' instead of replacing the defective item.

This is what they said. And they assumed design problem but no refund. Dear Customer, Our tech-team said this situation is not caused by the faucet but the water flows down the counter top through the gap. Please try not to pour water on the buttons when you are using the faucet, if you will inevitably pour water on the buttons, we suggest putting a cushion between the faucet and the sink. Hope this helps.

I recently upgraded my kitchen with the Lefton Two Outlets Waterfall Faucet Kitchen Sink (KS2208), and it has surpassed all my expectations. This sink is a game-changer for anyone looking to combine functionality, durability, and modern aesthetics in their kitchen. I highly recommend the Lefton Two Outlets Waterfall Faucet Kitchen Sink with Digital Temperature Display & LED Lighting-KS2208. It's an investment in quality and convenience that you won't regret.

AVOID this company and its products! I purchased a KS2204 kitchen sink. The first sink arrived with a manufacturing defect on the underside of the bowl (due to it being a fibreglass construction) meaning there was a visible dent on the inside of the sink bowl right in your line of sight (see images). Initially, Lefton tried to offer compensation if I installed it, thereby admitting there were known issues with quality control. This is not something you expect from a supposedly premium product. After a big back-and-forth fight and the threat of posting negative reviews, they finally complied with their warranty policy and provided a replacement. Then, much to my extreme frustration, the replacement unit had the same problem on the same edge (right in front of your eyes) but slightly further along to the right. I went back to them saying they hadn't resolved the issue to which they refused any further help. I am now stuck with two defective items that will not be installed and no offer of compensation or refund. They are of questionable quality and you can find the same items on Amazon for half the money. Note, that a customs form stated the value of the $649.99 sink at $110.00. Do not be pulled in by the fancy marketing. These products will not stand up to their warranty and the company can quite easily ignore and abandon their obligations as a supplier to their consumers.

I've just bought a faucet (KK2205)and had it installed and love it. It does have a 5 year warranty. I've had nothing but great customer service when dealing with the company. I ended up with wood splinters in my water line and it came up into the faucet head. They immediately answered my emails and sent me a new faucet head to install along with a video of how to do it. No idea how long it will last with all the moving parts but am very impressed with the faucet andcompany so far.

I wonder how people rate Lefton 5 stars my experience with Lefton kitchen sink was horrible Their stuff is of poor quality which I have never had before. The color is peeling off easily Highly not recommended for everyone

Loved our tap for the kitchen so much we ordered another for our en-suite. Hoping to use them in the rest of the house too! Very stylish. Great quality. Highly recommend the product.
