Lefton bathroom faucet doesn’t fit in a standard bathroom sink opening. The water inlet requires you to hand tighten hose through the faucet. The adapters for the valves have to be tightened just right within each other or they leak. They don’t seat tight. I’ve installed dozens of faucets and this one I threw in the trash bin.

We had two separate issues with our purchase (Lefton 33x22 Inch Waterfall Faucet Kitchen Sink with Digital Temperature Display & LED Lighting-KS2207L). The first issue was that the sink bowl was damaged on arrival. Contacted customer service and they replaced it with a new one. Had the new sink delivered in less than a week. Second issue was after install and the LED lights / digital temp display were not working. Contacted customer service and they had a fix within a day for me. Installer made the adjustment and the issue was resolved. I really applaud excellent service and they checked all the boxes. Wife and I LOVE the sink too. Thanks Lefton!

Great support team. Ordered sink but light and display didn't work. Team was very helpful and patient with me cause I couldn't get someone to go under the sink right away (I'm in a wheelchair). They identified the problem, sent out replacement part and help it get installed correctly. I love my sink. Great team and product.

I purchased a sink for my clients remodel last year and needed a part a year later to connect to the dishwasher. I reached out to customer service and they shipped it out immediately. My client is very happy with the waterfall sink. Customer service was quick to respond and eager to help with the request

BUYER BEWARE! When I saw the advertisement on the internet for these, I knew I had to have one. I ordered it (Model KS2207) and it arrived in a timely manner. Upon installing it, that's when the problems began. This unit uses the metric system for all of its connectors and pipes. In the United States, we don't use metric. We use Imperial/English measurements. They do not include any adapters to these units being shipped to the United States. I had to completely/permanently remove the P-trap and the drain system included with the sink and install a similar sized (Imperial/English) sink drain in order to connect to my drain pipe under the sink. This means that the dial on the control panel no longer controls the opening and the closing of the sink drain. This is because it MUST connect to a metic threaded pipe. Also, there is the freshwater faucet on the far right side of the unit which has no connections at all (which should be included, but isn't) so you cannot use it. On top of that, the water coming out of the sink has very low pressure because the braided lines that they include are a much smaller diameter than the braided lines that we use (on kitchen sinks) in the United States. Once again, these are metric and not imperial/english so I can't just run down to Home Depot and buy an adapter with a bigger braided lines. No (metric to english) adapters for these braided water lines are included either. I called customer service (weekday during business hours) but I get some Chinese outgoing voice message that doesn't translate and you can't leave a message on their system. This was a very expensive mistake. Don't make the mistake that I did. If you want something similar, go on Kohler's website which is in Wisconsin and buy something that is American made. BUYER BEWARE.

Great customer service experience

Purchased a faucet from Lefton. I have yet to install it as I'm still completing renovations but the build quality seems really solid and it's very innovative compared to what you typically find. I had a question for their customer service team who was top notch and replied very quickly and clearly. Very happy so far and looking forward to enjoying my new faucet!
