We bought the Saphira Chill Hybrid mattress. This mattress is super and well made. It was constructed to order and shipped in a timely manner. The directions for unwrapping were detailed and perfect. We wanted a fairly firm mattress which this definitely is. We also wanted to be cooler at night sleeping, which we really are not. However, I have a feeling this is due to the mattress protector rather than the Leesa. I would absolutely recommend this mattress and this company!

This company makes a garbage product. They replaced my first Leesa mattress due to sagging (within the bounds where it met criteria for a warrantee claim), and the 2nd one was even worse. It sagged horribly within 90 days. My only recourse was to get another garbage mattress, they would not refund me for the original or the upgraded one I replaced it with (for which I paid the difference in price). My partner and I are both bigger (200-230 lbs) but expected more from an almost 2k mattress. Customer service was useless
