We did a complete facility changeout
We did a complete facility changeout. We changed the inside and outside lighting from metal halide to LED with lights from LED Lighting Supply. We have had numerous comments on how the new lights have changed the look of the facility and surrounding area. We are very pleased with the lights from LED Lighting Supply.

I was promised delivery of fixtures on…
I was promised delivery of fixtures on 2-23-22 or before that date as I told sales person that it was critical that this date be met because our client was having a banquet on 2-25-22. I was told no problem, well they did not arrive and I was forced to purchase fixtures locally, big problem. Now I have 32 fixtures on my shelf that are useless to me as this was a special project. I will not use or recommend LED Lighing Supply again.

Ed, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I tried calling you to personally apologize and provide a solution. We should not have promised such a tight delivery schedule given how shipping has been. We are so sorry about your experience and have since done team wide training on setting expectations. We understand this does not help with 32 useless fixtures on your shelf. We will provide pre-paid shipping labels for you to return them for a full refund. Please fill out our returns form: https://www.ledlightingsupply.com/returns or email me at [email protected]. Sincerely, Dwayne Kula President LED Lighting Supply

Stay more alert with your current…
Stay more alert with your current inventory so customers don’t have to go out of there way to return products
Response from LED Lighting SupplyMar 29, 2022
Kevin, Thank you for the valuable feedback. We know this was frustrating. Fortunately we were able to offer an alternative option that was in stock and discounted to the same price. Thank you for going out of your way to return the other product using the prepaid return labels. We learned a lot as a company thanks to your feedback. Our team has since completed training on doing manual checks of inventory anytime the unit requirement is close to what we have available before committing to a customer. Thank you for your business and hope the lights perform well in your space! Sincerely, The Team at LED Lighting Supply

Does it fit?
I wasn't sure if the retrofit "shoebox" kit was going to fit my boxes and was reassured by Joe that the kit provided everything needed. I was pleasantly surprised that several options and multiple brackets were supplied in the kit. It was relatively simple to install and the lighting is fantastic. I couldn't be more pleased!

Glad to hear our retrofit shoebox kit was a win in your books. We are always happy to help out! Thanks for the review. Sincerely, The Team at LED Lighting Supply
