Patrick, we’re sorry to hear the fans did not meet your expectations. We take feedback about specifications, controls, and installation fit seriously, and your comments have been helpful as we continue improving our commercial ceiling fan offering. Our team has reviewed the order history and correspondence from the 2025 order. While there are limits to what we can do after an extended period of time, we appreciate you bringing the issue to our attention so that we can do better next time.
