Several years ago I purchased some high bay lights for my shop/garage. My sales rep Charles patiently walked me through everything and was able to set me up with exactly what I was looking for. The lights have preformed flawlessly up unit a couple weeks ago when the power source on one of them failed. My lights are still under warranty so I emailed LED Lighting Supply about the problem. They were extremely helpful and sent out a replacement unit immediately. I am very happy with the customer service and product support this company provides. It is rare to find support like this anywhere these days. I'll definitely be coming back for all of my LED lighting needs. Thank you to the team at LED Lighting Supply for all of your help!

I’m still waiting on a RMA for one fixture which does not work. I had to buy another brand to replace this fixture while it is being returned. And now it is November still nothing.

Joe handled my request and made several suggestions. I appreciate his help in finding the best, most cost effective fixtures. He made the process very easy… fast shipping a quality product. A great experience from start to finish. I’m working with him again on some exterior lighting.
