ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! I sent a request to cancel one of my orders a few hours after ordering it and send multiple emails/phone calls telling them I ordered the wrong part so I can order the right part I needed, no response and they still continued to ship the item that won’t work for my car. Do not recommend this company since they don’t have any form of customer service! O out of 10

I will never order another product from this company. Very slow shipping and the customer service sucks

Scam Company No CS Support
Customer service and support are non existent. Called 2 times and left a message. Sent 2 emails and no return emails. They claim a labor day sale discount of 15% but charged full price. I have tried to cancel the order and no response. Waiting to see if it is posted to credit card and will have credit card company dispute the claim. In a few words don't walk away from this company RUN RUN RUN. THEY ARE TOTAL SCAMMERS

failure to deliver and non-existent customer service
I received the tail lights and brake lights with the shipping info they provided. I received the fog lights 2 days later. I have not received the head lights. They have not responded to 4 customer service email inquiries. They removed my review stating the above. I have all documentation and photos of items deliverd. Have not installed any yet pending final outcome.
