I placed an order online and it’s been…
I placed an order online and it’s been a week. No tracking or response. When I made a review online. I received a response. The company says there based is in City of Industry. I think they are from China. Order#51145

I purchased LED lights for a jeep where…
I purchased LED lights for a jeep where the description online was not accurate therefore the lights didn’t fit. (7 inch kit verses 9” in the jeep). I have tried calling a number that goes to a voicemail all day and emailed 3 times all unanswered. This is horrible customer service. The product did come from China as it was opened by customs and re-taped before it was sent. Terrible experience.

Your order headlight is fit for JK models, and we have note that on the describtion if your model is JL, please order headlight bracket to finish the install. And we are sorry that there is no record of your call, maybe there is something wrong with the phone. Honeycomb lights
I bought a light kit which included my honeycomb headlights, fog lights, side marker lights and I love them. The only issue is a couple months into it and one of my fog lights has stopped working so now I need to purchase new ones.

Professional and informative
LED Factory Mart has been very professional throughout my experience with them. They were able to answer all my question and have solutions to help me out. Each package comes with informative instructions. I am overall very happy with the service provided by them.

Having issues with stock lighting
Having issues with stock lighting. I decided to research. I found these bi color leds and decided to go for it. Glad I did. Awesome bulbs and lots.of.light.

Absolutely the best company out there all the way around….
These guys have absolutely amazing products and even better prices. There costumer service is way above other company’s. They answer any questions or concerns about there products, Instructions, or how to install your new items. They also have a good selection of products as well. They are my first stop for any mods on my Jeep. I just can’t say enough good things about this company.
