David, the sales rep, was patient & willing to help & work with me to solve my issue in a timely manner. An update on the service that I currently received by said representative, I requested for an invoice because this order is for a business vehicle. All my business purchases, I keep invoices/receipts for tax time. It is so simple to create an invoice for the 3 items that I purchased; however, they refuse to provide one. I asked the representative for his supervisors phone number, and he gives me a phone number that doesn’t work, so I email him. Then he responds someone will call you back tomorrow. I wake up this morning to miss calls at 3am. Who in the right mind is up at 3am? On the phone message, she tells me that I should’ve received an email confirmation of my purchase. Yes I did receive an email confirmation, but the email doesn’t have any receipt or invoice attached to it. I feel this is terrible customer service. I would not purchase anything from them again and I encourage anyone to not deal with them.

Great customer service. Shipping not so much.
As far as customer service. they did answer the phone just not my questions. About shipping. Took longer then it should
