Dear Leah, Thank you for taking the time to leave your review and share your experience with our product. We’re glad to hear that it is holding up well in the rain, as durability and weather resistance are key features we strive to deliver. However, we’re sorry to learn that fitting the cover near the rear has been challenging for you. We understand how frustrating it can be when a product doesn’t fit as seamlessly as expected, especially when compared to promotional images. Our design aims to provide a snug and secure fit across various roof types, but sometimes slight variations in vehicle dimensions or roof configurations—such as having the roof off—can affect how the cover fits. We appreciate you mentioning that the front and sides fit well; this feedback helps us identify areas for improvement in future versions. If you haven’t already, our customer support team is available to assist with fitting tips and troubleshooting to help make the installation process smoother. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we want to ensure you get the best possible experience with your purchase. Thank you again for your honest feedback. It helps us improve and serve our customers better.

Dear Randy, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience you experienced when attempting to use your 15% discount code during checkout. We understand how disappointing it is to expect a discount and then see it disappear or not apply correctly, especially after you have finalized your order. Please know that this is not the experience we want for any of our customers, and we take your concerns very seriously. Occasionally, technical glitches or system errors can cause discount codes to not register properly at the time of purchase. We are actively investigating this issue to prevent it from happening again in the future. To make this right, we kindly ask you to contact our customer support team directly. We will gladly review your case and provide a refund for the missing discount or offer a suitable solution to ensure your satisfaction. Your trust and satisfaction are very important to us, and we appreciate the opportunity to improve. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We look forward to resolving this promptly and hope to serve you better in the future.
