Highly Recommend
I used the template lease agreements which made it easy to write each rental agreement. Used it from 2014 until I sold the property in September 2023. I had my tenants pay the monthly rent using leaserunner and never received a late payment. Highly recommend.

If your landlords looking for tenants lease runners, the only way to go …
These runners amazing platform in which to research your tenants make your contracts and receive your payments. I would recommend it to anyone who is the landlord. Especially the security check.

I use Leaserunner in my property…
I use Leaserunner in my property leasing business. It makes the job of collecting rent payments much better. Tenants pay more reliably. There are some things that Leasrunner wants to do that I don't use - like managing my leases. And that can make it less intuitive to integrate into my business, but i am happy that ACH payments are possible.
