I do not like the fact that other sites provide way more intel..

Just dont like how you make me enter price points and SQ in the message to a potential tenant base on a commercial lease application.I just want to run their credit to see credit history.

My tenant set up payment through your site and submitted the first deposit on March 21 st. I received email confirmation of this from lease runner. It said the deposit was scheduled to be in my account by the 24th of March, or at the latest, March 27th and we have not seen it. We have confirmed account numbers and I cannot seem to get a quick response ( none so far) from lease runner regarding this. I have left a phone message and sent a message through the help email portal.

My prospects are getting an error message that is not covered on the help screens. They are currently working with support to resolve. I did get a fast response.

The site could use some UX improvements. Somehow I get the job done, but every year or so that I get on here, I have this confused feeling about what I need click next as I gently go through links to find what I'm looking for. On one hand, it tries to be intuitive with the dashboard buttons: Link, Screen, Lease, Collect, but it misses the mark. I suggest a dashboard that showed each property/unit, with current tenancy, status, actions, etc... something could be done to get an overview of properties and actions to take related to that property. Like if my property shows "unoccupied", then the main button is Add Tenant which walks you through a few questions, like Existing vs New Applicant, then if new, Send Screening Email... something like that. There are places where it's confusing on whether or not I'm in viewing or edit mode, because it's kinda both at the same time. Like when an applicant goes through screening and I land to look at those reports, but there's also a "Submit" button ... ?? There's a misspelling on one of your modals too... forget which one now and can't find it. In full disclosure, I've been a web developer for 15+ years. Not that I know everything, but the UI is nice, and the UX is still a little confusing.

The interface is super glitchy and it was bringing up California leases for the first few times. I use it because I’m in California even though the properties in Oregon. I finally got that straightened out and then it wouldn’t send the document batch to the first tenant, the first few times I tried.
