Made several calls non returned
Made several calls non returned. I was texted with wrong or incomplete information. Needed to update bank new bank account information. Once updated wrong or old information confirmed and transfer was initiated again to closed account. Again made unreturned calls to stop or reconfirm new info so the correct acct used. Still have only a confirmation funds returned again but not if lease runner has new account info 07/18. Pete Jensen 916 730-7333

This was simply a case of user error, where the user failed to update their banking information after closing a bank account, and then provided erroneous account information. LeaseRunner worked to retrieve the customer's funds and forward them to the account information as provide by the customer.

Report received did not contain current information
The tenant explained to me that the report that was received was not current and did not even have her current employment or address that she has been at for a year. I then had to verify hwr employment and address myself. This report was not helpful in screening my tenant at all. I would like to be refunded what I paid for the report.

Hi Ashely, I believe you are referring to the Credit Report. Let us explain how the data are collected. The Credit Report is being pulled from Experian credit bureau with the data updated within 30 days. The data are added to the applicant's credit file by the applicant's creditors (not by LeaseRunner) and only if the creditors choose to. The employment history is also added to the credit file by the creditors if they choose to. For employment verification, we don't recommend relying on the Credit Report but using our Income and Payroll Verification report. The Employment History section on the Credit Report is only the extra data the credit bureau has on file and chooses to show it to you along with the dates when last reported. The Credit Report is not intended for employment verification. I hope that clarifies the expectation for the next set of tenant screening reports with any company you will choose to use and we hope it is LeaseRunner.

Application good, lease agreement needs improvement…
I was a little disappointed with the lease agreement. I wanted to customize it, but it was not possible.

Hello, the the lease templates are fully editable. From your Dashboard go to Templates and then click "Duplicate" on any lease template. Edit as desired and save.
