The original software was clunky
The original software was clunky, but you continually seem to be upgrading and fixes bugs and common sense mapping to make it easier to use. A "Weekly Rental" option would be nice as a shit ton of houses near or on the shore rent by the week. Market the software that way and you will increase business.

I've been using leaserunner for years
I've been using leaserunner for years. Its makes it easy for tenants to apply and pay for their own screening. I also feel good about the screening fee going directly to a third party, versus me collecting it directly. Reports are clear, and the application gives me almost everything I need for my lease.

Tosca, we truly appreciate your feedback! I peeked in your account and it appears you are replacing the variable fields that should auto-populate your lease template with actual data.
