Customer Service is alive and well!! They respond and literally tend to your needs. The rebounder is exceptional quality. I purchased two off Amazon and then found L&R and learned what quality in a rebounder meant. Excellent all around.

My Husband and I put together the rebounder the night we received it and it was surprisingly easy. The bungee tool makes the difference. He bought it for me but has found he likes the workout too. He is 76 and I'm 70 so you don't have to be young to enjoy the workout.

Hi Kristine Thank you for sharing your experience! We’re so glad to hear that assembly was easy and that both you and your husband are enjoying the workouts. It’s inspiring to see that rebounding is for all ages, and we love that you’re both staying active together! Wishing you many more great workouts ahead! 💙 Best, Leaps and Rebounds Team
