We never like to hear when customers are disappointed with their Leap Credit experience and strive to give everyone a great experience. The payment debited from your account is for a missed payment. There are five outstanding payments on your account, which we have waived late payment fees for. Please note that these are not extra debits, these are payments that bounced in the past. You can refer to the loan agreement to see the total number of payments required to pay off the loan. We are always here to answer any questions you have with regard to your account. We understand your concern. All customers who have officially paid off their loan will receive a confirmation email. This email states the specific day the loan is paid in full as well. If you have not received that email but believe your loan is paid off, please call us at 888-532-7842. The payment debited from your account is for a missed payment. Hi Candace, we are sorry to hear your feedback. As per our records, there was a payment reminder email sent 2 days prior to the payment processed on 04/17. As for the pay off on 04/19, we noticed that you had requested it when you called in. If you don't believe this is true please call us at 888-532-7842. Your loan has been successfully paid off and since it was paid off early, you did not need to pay the full interest amount outlined in the loan agreement.
