Hello Karolyn, We are genuinely sorry that your experience with us is less than perfect. Our organization does not fund loans without the customer's signature on the loan document. The banking information used to fund the loan and withdraw payments is all provided by the customer during the application process. The banking information can only be updated by the customer via the online portal which needs the customer-generated login information or over the phone which goes through a verbal customer verification process.
