The Leap retreat was great and well worth the time and travel expense investment. The highlight for me was networking with other Leap attendees. Generally speaking, the Leap community is comprised of highly driven, seasoned professionals, typically at the director level and above, in my observation. The instructional content and coaching at the retreat were five stars as well. The retreat's content was somewhere in the 65/35 range of deeper reinforcement of material covered in the coursework leading up to the retreat versus net new content. Overall, it was a great retreat.

I had the most amazing experience at the retreat. Meeting the coaches and fellow leapers in person has jumpstarted my transformation. It was a daunting decision to drive down from LA two days after joining LEAP, and I had car troubles on my way in, which made me question if I made the right decision. When I texted my roommate Lisa about my situation, her willingness to help a stranger like me gave me a lot of hope and courage that I'm heading in the right direction. On top of that, the next morning I entered the conference room not knowing a single person, which felt uncomfortable. Until Heather came by and introduced me to a few people. Instantly made me feel at home. Hearing Ilana speak got me all fired up, followed by the amazing energy Su brought into her sessions. My coach Gina had such a powerful presence that I realized I was in great hands. Every one I met, coaches, crew, LEAPers was amazing and supportive. Of the many retreats I've been to in the past, including the ones at big tech companies and top B schools, this one felt special because it had everything - inspiration, expertise, wisdom and most importantly, a genuine sense of community where people wanted each other to win. I am so glad for this opportunity and thank you for accommodating my last minute request. If I could, I would give this a rating of 10 instead of 5. Kudos to the team that put this together. Already looking forward to the next one.

The level of material Ilana and team covered was phenomenal. The engagement model surpassed any leadership training I have seen to date, so well done. The participants were all high quality making the overall experience even more fruitful! It was overall an amazing leadership retreat!

The Leap Academy's Unstoppable Leadership Event in March 2024 was an exceptional on-site experience that spanned 2.5 days, bringing together over 100 participants. Hearing from CEO Ilana Golan and her team was extraordinarily motivating. The involvement of adept coaches enabled transformative dialogues and avenues for learning. The opportunity to engage with accomplished peers, and delve into critical conversations about professional growth was not only validating but also incredibly inspiring. I am ecstatic to be a part of this exciting journey. On a scale from 1 to 5, my experience rates a resounding 10!

I knew I needed something because I was stuck, needed clarity and felt stagnant, so I found Leap. Wow, you want to grow mindset muscles, this is definitely the way to do it and their team is not only amazing, but kind as well. Growth will happen with this amazing group of leaders. Recently, I participated in their leadership retreat with Leap which blew my mind. They not only care but also provided great actionable sessions. So many amazing people attended with profound stories of growth and successes. I have personally had only upward growth that seems to be endless.

I attended the Leap Academy "Unstoppable" Leadership Retreat in Scottsdale, AZ. The featured speakers provided relevant, actionable information and inspiration. Ilana shared stories and information that helped us understand the organization's broader goals and how they can help individuals. Finally, the networking was excellent, with plenty of time to learn from others and meet those who were "leaping" in their careers with the help of the Leap Academy.

The Leap Academy is an incredible experience. The coaching is first class and the range of supports is broad. Ilana Golan and her coaches care deeply about each person's success in their career and wants to see you make that next big leap - whether it is in salary, title, impact or responsibilities, or starting a new business. It is a very personalized experience coupled with an incredible peer network of other senior executives who are open and willing to learn from each other by sharing 3x/week on weekly calls. The program is well structured with a ton of helpful information to help you understand and claim your strengths, know your why, and tell your story. They are confidence boosters that propel your growth to help you achieve your goals. It's been so awesome to have their validation and affirmation of my skills and background to help me see that I can do whatever I want as long as I change my mindset... and they help walk us through that. It's an investment in yourself. Just think of where you want to be in life next year or in a few years.. can you afford not to level up your career or salary? Do you have clarity? Can you do it on your own? Do you need someone in your corner to cheer you on and keep you on track with your goals? Do you need branding experts to help you present yourself better or read your resume and LinkedIn page to see if it aligns with jobs you want? This program gives you all this and more! And the people in the network are really smart, successful and fun!
