Arin, I can understand why this felt concerning. It’s possible the email on file was opted out or entered differently, but I don’t want to assume what happened without reviewing it properly. Hello Linda, thank you for putting this on our radar. Because compounded medication is prepared specifically for an individual patient, we’re generally unable to take it back once it has been dispensed or shipped unless there’s a qualifying issue with the medication or fulfillment itself. That said, I don’t want the concerns you raised about the pharmacy to get lost inside the refund question. I’m grateful you brought them forward, and I’ve flagged them for internal review with our provider teams so they can be looked at directly.
