Apparently appointment times don’t really mean anything. Other than that the service was very smooth

Hi William, we are terribly sorry for the lack of communication. The doctor did mention he was going to call you later in the day, and we apologize he never did. We will be reviewing this issue with the doctor to make sure it doesn't happen again in the future. Based on your request, we have processed a refund for you at this time. Please feel free to reach out to us at 833 245 3239 if we can be of any further assistance. Thank you

I was supposed to meet with a doctor at 5:30 pm no one ever came on, I then called helpline no one answered received a call from some sketchy number and they told me that the doctor would call me and I never received a call but I was charged 150$…. The doctors got back to me right away when I called and we’re extremely kind and helpful. This company seems like they’re really trying to help people and I shouldn’t of rushed to an opinion. Thank you guys very much. I def recommend.

Hi Liam, we apologize for the inconveniences yesterday afternoon. The doctor tried calling you directly over the phone but was unable to reach you. However, we noticed that the doctor reached out to you this morning and you've been approved. Please let us know if we can be of any further assistance. We're happy to help :)

I spoke with the doctor for all of 60 seconds. He spoke so rapidly I could hardly catch what he was saying. When I asked a question his tone was like he needed to go move heaven and earth for me. I’m still a bit confused on the process. Tried customer service twice. No answer, no callback. I had my appointment today, was approved and never received anything further and don’t even know what to expect. I’d really Ike to get a refund and deal with a different company.

Getting approved for the card was the easy part the hard part is trying to get all the right information to recieve my card, Dr Bradshaw sent out the confirmation email and it had a formed attached but all the form had was his signature and none of the stuff I need to continue my application so I can actually get my card, getting into contact with the Dr has been a pain in the ass and it's a gamble if he'll reply or not I just wanna finish my application

Extremely easy, phone-based medical certification. Quick call, my medical information was sent by them to the State of Illinois within 20 minutes. Doctor was very kind and even suggested classifying my diagnosis as "lifelong” which gave me benefits that I had not been aware of. Do not hesitate to use this provider. I've had my card since the beginning of MMJ in Illinois. Leafy is the best.
