BAD SHOWER DEAL ALL AROUND
The date that construction was to start was postponed twice. I was to get my ceiling raised in the shower to match my bathroom and I didn't get it. So I was left with a mess I have to finish where they tiles of the shower and left 4 ft × 4 in hole in the wall over the new shower. Looks really bad. They did give me a $500.00 rebate to fix that on my own. I got back in touch with the sales representative about after waiting 24 hours for the caulking to set that it had separated at 2 places and needed to be fixed and the shower curtain rod was not the right size. Too big and will not fit. I was told he would have it fixed. I have not heard are seen anything in over 2 weeks. I would not recommend there service to anyone. PS there is a piece of corner molding that you can not buy it comes with the shower it is split and broken installer glued it back together rather than it. I have to look at it every day makes my blood boil I paid $13,000 + for this

This is certainly not the level of service we expect for our customers, Robert. There are several details in your review that we would like to learn more about. We have forwarded your information to our support team, but if we can help you in the meantime please email [email protected].
