Overall, a terrible, inept, misrepresented, lengthy, amateurish experience. Will never use this company again for anything, nor recommend it to others. There were numerous misrepresentations, unqualified service people, terrible communications, missing parts, mis-measured parts and an installation sold as a 1-2 job that took 18 days. Awful. Awful. Awful. Your next question is date of experience. It started September 21 and came close to ending October 10, 2022.

Installer used a sledgehammer on the wall and in the process put holes in the bedroom wall on the other side of wall he was hammering. I asked what would be done to the wall. He said he would plaster the holes. He plastered the holes but when dry they were not flush with the wall. I had to replaster. And have to repaint the wall. I thought with the amount I paid the company could at least paint the wall.

Salesman was knowledgeable about his product fair price, will see how useful it is over next few months, may get another one, and refer others.

Salesman was very engaging and worked with us on making decisions for the shower. Answered all our questions patiently and even was available when we had further questions a day or so later. The guys showed up on time and protected the work area with dropcloths and anything else they had to do to keep the dirt to a minimum. They explained each step of the project to us and answered any questions we had. The work was done in a timely manner and looks great! Very polite workers that made the whole experience great. Would totally recommend Leaf Home Safety.

I hired Leaf Home to install a walk-in shower. The quality of the materials and the look of the shower is really nice. It took a little longer to install due to some special repairs that had to be fixed. The young man that installed was kind and very knowledgeable.

I was very disappointed in the whole experience. When I purchased my package I understand that I was getting a solid tub and instead I got a hollow tub and a surround kit. Products that I saw coming into the home were a lot different that what was represented. I signed the contract one day and the crew showed up the next day- not allowing for the 3 day cancellation process on the contract. I had glue on the floor from removing old tile which I had intended on removing before they showed up but I had no notice on when they would be arriving. They left a HUGE mess for me to clean up, left all of the old plumping, failed to caulk around the tub surround properly, damaged the ceiling about the tub surround and said it was my responsibility to fix and there was no damage prior to the install to that ceiling. I had to call them back to repair. Had additional problems after that. Felt I paid too much for product that I received and felt that sales person was not well enough versed in product that was being sold.
