On time and did job in one day. Wife loves new shower

Had a great experience. Workers were on time, friendly, courteous. Completed job in about 5 1/:2. Hrs. Cleaned up and left. Gave them a check for balance of job.

1. I wish the salesman would have showed and explained better many of the details of what we were actually trying to buy. 2. the installation supervisor did a great job of saving what initially looked like totally disastrous purchase. 3. This is the second large purchase I have made from Leaf Filter. I wish they were more honest and had more intergrity in dealing with me. They claim they are giving you tremendous discounts on the purchase by starting with an impossibly high, unrealistically high price. They end up with a pretty good amount of discount, but still sort of a high price. I wish they were a little more honest and forthright with their price in the first place. Maybe this deceptive type of pricing is standard practice and operating procedure in the home repair industry, but I am very disillusioned about this 4. Then at the end they did a little bit of "bait and switch" on the pricing of what they sold me. They showed me their top looking setup in their catalog, but then they just game me a cheaper, less well made shower product. Again, I just with they had been more forthright from the beginning. I asked for a couple of things from the salesman in the first place, but then they just gave me the cheaper version when I bought it.

The installers did a great job and ensured that we knew all of the safety features and how to operate the unit before they departed. We have a curved staircase and Leaf made several visits to the house to ensure accuracy in their measurements before the unit was custom built.

The installer showed up and said don’t think I will finish this in 1 or 2 days - like the sales man told you I’ll be 3 or 4 days. He could have finished a day earlier if her wasn’t on the phone and talking. When we complained about something the installer became unfriendly and called me lady then smashed a tile on the wall and left. Also the sales woman told me we would get a permanent shower curtain - we did not. We were also supposed to get a bar for the shower.

Don't use this company! I've been waiting forc6 months and have been lied to over and over. now they clain to have torn out abd redone the shower but they never have. They have messed up the bathroom so bad it isnt comforming any longer all because they installed it wrong in the begining. Now, some how they have gotten the loan approved which isnt to happen without my approval. they've been out 4 times and have not dealt woth the 2 major issues. didnt use correct mold resistant sheetrock to height required and made the shower 4 inches wider then the contract calls for which makes it onlyv12vinches from the toilet. they scratched the vanity, floor wall and ceiling. very unprofessional work and the management has lied to me. going to get a lawyer if not resolved soon. Again, dont use this company!!! The company asked for more info after the review but only called me directly once and I was at work and couldn't take the call. I was pretty specific on here and they have lots of pictures supporting the failure! Again, I don't recommend this company!

I am very happy with my, I call it my "stair chair". It definitely "DOESN'T" look like a hospital room. The track is grease free. Also safe around my pets. LOVE ❤️ IT

The sealer between the tub and wall panels is cracking and allowing water to seap down to the floor under the tub. We called the installer twice but he has never responde.. I wouldn't recommend Leaf Safety to anyone.
