The crew was very good at what they do. It would have been nice to have at least one person that spoke English.

Workers were on time and immediately went to work and worked non stop until the job was done. Unfortunately they arrived with the wrong color panels. Communication was a little difficult as none of the initial crew spoke english. The crew chief who did speak good english was contacted and the correct panels were brought to the work site. The removal process of the old tub began in the meantime. Final product was acceptable but a lot of caulk was used to fill gaps. Some caused by squareness issues with the original construction, which is not their fault,but a better job of fitting could have been performed. Others resulted from not working with accessories such as shelves to get a better fit. Shelves could have been ground of cut to better match the corner angles than they do which would have resulted in a much smaller caulk seam. Also clean-up was not as pristine as presented by the salesman. The room was simply swept with a broom. a pile of debris was left in the crawlspace under the construction.

On time arrival. Quick install. Didn't clean up before leaving. Incorrectly located lift track brackets and had to drill more holes in stairs than necessary. I found the error after they left. They should have brought it to my attention before leaving.

They don't pay the installers that work for them
