They finally fixed my walk-in shower, so it doesn't leak water on the floor. I am so appreciative for that! Now, if they would put the trim down along the bottom of my shower (like the installation man said), where there is too much caulking, I would be truly grateful!

VERY PROFESSIONAL COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS With The process to convert our dangerous bathtub to a shower was amazing. From initial phone contact to in-house presentation to the one-day installation the experience was very positive. Our bathroom looks beautiful and we have the peace of mind that the shower is safer for ourselves and our guests.I would recommend them to my friends.

Instalation was not good. Rail and chair to far away from wall takeing away space to walk up stairs. A tall persons knees seated on the seat will hit the wall. The seat is way to hard to rotate at the top. The rail doesn't go quite far enouth up at the top.

The installer, who arrived within a week, was a highly experienced independent contractor (accomplishing 33 of these installs before ours), who quickly put us at ease. The installation and clean up was perfect - living up to all our expectations.

We signed the contract for the installation of a walk in shower, we felt like we had gotten a good deal. It was installed in the two days we were told. had to wait a day to use it for the caulking to dry, not a problem. When we were able to use the shower I turned the water on and was adjusting the temperature and noticed that the water was pooling in the shower floor when my daughter yelled from the basement to turn the water off as the water was pouring in the basement. Of course we called and the next day a worker came out and fixed it or so we thought. Next time and every time since the shower drain leaks in our basement. Called Customer service 3 days ago and no one has returned our calls and water is still dripping in our laundry room. Customer Service is nice but the contractor is ignoring us.

I like my new walk-in shower really well. However, the one of the sliding glass doors does not work properly. It sticks, and I don't want to try to force it to slide in the track because I don't want to break the door or glass. in working to resolve this problem, a small screw sell out of the upper bar that holds the doors in place. I could not even tell where it should go. From the beginning, my cleaning lady who does lots of upscale houses in my city, first called this to my attention within a week of its installation. I need for a technician to come out to correct this problem ASAP. Thank you for your consideration.
