As name of company states Home Safe Safety Solutions is false. Had shower installed for my handy cap wife so she can have an easier time taking a shower. We talked about safety bars, shower head, etc. They never mentioned that the shower base is as slick as ice even more so when wet. She was the first one to use it and fell causing her medical problems due to slipping on the base. Therefore I now have a elephant in the room as she refuses to use it for fear of falling again. Told company about their problem and they gave me BAIND-AID SOLUTIONS. I WILL NOT ENDORSE THIS COMPANY UNTIL PROBLEM IS CORRECTED.

The installation went smoothly and the end result was absolutely beautiful.

Even though I did not know how much of the stair case it would use, I recognize it is for safety. It was installed and working nicely. Sales was good, installer was excellent. Reviews all safety aspects, care, etc.

It was a good experience from the get-go. The person who came to do the estimate was very thorough, explained what would be done, and gave me the estimate. The folks who came to do the job were very pleasant and worked quickly. They were working against a timeline because a storm was headed this way. They finished just as it hit.

The crew that came to install the product I had selected placed the shower rod so high the the curtain didn’t even meet the tub! Yes, they lowered it when I pointed this out, but it left several holes in my brand new surround. Their solution was to fill these holes with caulk. I had kept my original enameled tub, as we had had it deglazed less than a year ago. I had asked them to please make sure it was adequately covered to protect the finish. They assured me that they would cover it up before they began the demolition. They did cover it, but only with a sheet, which apparently fell into the tub while they were ripping out the tile surrounding the tub. The result was that the edge of the tub had numerous chips in its surface. When they caulked around the tub, there were several small gaps, that I hadn’t noticed until the following morning. This may have been because of the caulking shrinking, but they also did not caulk from the edge(top) of the tub, down to the floor. I called customer service immediately and they promised to have someone contact me within 48 hours to arrange for an appointment to redo the caulking. Long story short: between COVID and Thanksgiving falling the following week, it took almost 3 weeks to get someone out to address the caulking situation. I was still left with a chipped tub which I had to have repaired by a local reglazer, at my own expense.

Presentation was detailed with examples of products to choose from and was not high pressure. Shower install was completed in six hours. The two installers were very organized and finished product was exactly as ordered and work was very neat and clean. Detailed measurements were taken prior to installation. I would highly recommend Leaf Home Safety Solutions.

Promised a shower Curtin rod never received one.

From the first day to the last, the installers were very professional and did a great job on my shower.
