Leaf Home Stair LiftReviews of leafhomesafetysolutions.com

What can I say about this company? First let me start with Jeffrey Figueton the sales rep. He explained everything in detail and helped us decide which shower best fit our need. Next was Chris very customer service oriented. Insulation date set came John and his crew. They did an excellent jon on installation. John noticed a piece of molding that needed to be to make the shower complete. He was quick to get the material needed. 5 stars is not enough to say how pleased we are. Change 5 stars to 10.

We truly are enjoying our walk-in tub. The hydrotherapy is the best. Our salesman was knowledgeable and very personable. Concerns were addressed promptly. My husband has bad knees and using this tub has really helped him. A long soak before bed helps get a good nights sleep also!

Installed well product quality excellent. I notified customer service of a problem with door and didn’t receive any response.

I have been deliberately waiting to enter my review. We were impressed with our salesman, Jeff Cummings - he deserves 5 stars. Initially we were impressed with Victor & Justin, our installers. Both knowledgeable and very professional. After the install, everything seemed great. However, after waiting 24 hours for the glues etc to set and to use the unit for the first time - one of the "Hand bars" covers came loose and would not stay up; the shower head coupling was leaking; and there was exposed plywood on the floor level of the shower base. We called our installation point of contact and explained the situation - he was very responsive. Victor & Justin came back out, they covered the plywood with base trim; fixed the cover on the handle. Victor explained that the shower head coupling had a crack and they would replace it the following Monday. This service call was on Jan. 7th. We have still not heard from anyone. The showerhead in now totally not usable as it sprays water EVERYWHERE. I have not had a call back or response to any of my messages and am deeply disappointed.

Workers were prompt and on time. Work was done in two days like promised. Workers cleaned up after themselves and disposed of demolition material. Tub looks great.

Overall an easy and smooth process. Fast turnaround Non pushy sales Efficient installation

Met with the sales rep on December 27, 2021and negotiated an agreed to price and was promised installation by the end of January, 2022. Chairlift was installed on January 5, 2022. We use the chairlift on a regular basis. Very happy with it. Would recommend this company and product to anyone.
