Consumer Beware!!!!!
I would never hire or recommend this company to anyone!! The only reason we hired them is because they said they could do the bathroom redo in a certain time frame. We hired them in late fall and wanted the project started and finished in April. It had to be finished before May because of my upcoming surgery on my foot. We were also gone for the winter and returned home April 1. They called me in March and said they have the materials were ready to start. Explain to them need to schedule April. April 6th date set. They didn't show up for the job, no phone calls. After many calls from my end the said materials not in coming tomorrow. They finally started April14. Big sale pitch was it was to be finished in two days, IT WAS NOT. The installers were excellent. Then the shower door was the wrong size. After many, many phone calls FROM ME, they said it was to be in a week, IT TOOK A MONTH! May 18th the day before my major ankle surgery it was completed. The floor is not solid and can feel it , same with the walls, certain spots you can push in and not a solid wall. No one ever gave a final inspection or phone call to see if everything was finished ! OVER PRICED, $10,000 PROJECT , LESS THAN $2000 IN MATERIALS. Consumer BEWARE!!! Shop around, deal with your local builders, I didn't!!!!
