The installer removed the old shower, and in doing so, damaged the drywall adjacent to the demo. The installer also drilled three screws though to our kitchen wall damaging that as well. The installer patched the holes, then stated they do not paint. I called customer service and they also stated Leaf does not paint. I have three calls / messages into the Detroit office and have yet to hear ANYTHING back. Leaf needs to have someone come and fix our walls as it's their mistake that damaged them and not my responsibility to repair their mistake. Definitely not worth the $7,000 paid for the job.

The process of getting our bathtub converted to a walk in shower was very smooth. We were just going to get an estimate, but when our project was presented to us we decided to move forward. Within a week or so our whole project was complete. Our 2 installerswere very professional and friendly. They made our bathroom beautiful! When they were done they left our bathroom spotless. The young man who put our bath tub in our very small bathroom did a great job. He was a very nice person. The only thing I was surprized about he took our shower curtain and rod with him. I wanted my shower rod and curtain. He also left some open holes in wall where we had a handicap bars..

Everything was done timely and professionally to our complete satisfaction. I absolutely love our new custom shower. The installers were courteous and friendly, and did a wonderful job. The customer service we recieved was the best ever! They are totally a 5 star company all around!

The salesman was very knowledgeable even though he had little to work with meaning the pics on his phone were way too small. He should be given a tablet to show the beautiful pics, so the consumer can see all the beauty the pics bring because they are so small. And as far as Norm, the installer, is concerned, I can not say enough good things about him. His workmanship is second to none, he made our bathroom look so much better. If you have this done ask for Norm to do the install because you will be awed by his attention to detail and his overall excellent workmanship.
