I tried to do business with this company but decided against it due to the way they price projects. The representative that came was polite and friendly. However he tried to give me that "this price is only good for today" bit. About an hour after he left his supervisor contacted me and lowered the price by around $4000.00. In my opinion they tried to take advantage of me the first time. Then he gave me a time limit to accept the offer. Not once did he try to contac me to ask me for my business. This drew a red flag because if they treat you this way before the deal, how will they respond to you if you have aproblem with the work they perform. I gave my business to another reputable dealer.

Installer did a great job and was very pleasant

Overall, I am very happy with my new shower. I feel the price was very good and the representative was very professional, knowledgable and pleasant to work with. He really helped in my emergency situation. His name was Stephen Post. The only reason I did not give it a 5 is because the installer did not discuss with me where and how he was going to install the safety bars and he also left gaps between the floor and the walls. He did return and complete these problem areas. I will refer my friends to this company.

The two builders completed the job in two days of hard work. They were competent, considerate and friendly. Every question was answered and explained. Yes, the project was expensive, but the results show it was money well spent.

Our shower was installed in two days by Adam. He was very professional and did a great job. I have MS and the shower is a big lifesaver for me. He asked me where I needed the bars for my safety. I would recommend this company to anyone. Thank you Laura

I love my new shower! The installers were fabulous and finished in 2 days. The whole team made this a great experience. The salesman was knowledgeable about the product. The installer manager helped with design and functionality. The installers worked with precision and attention to detail. Thank you.

My walk in tub was installed improperly. The drain was connected to the washing machine drain so over time it took longer and longer to drain up to 10 minutes. I didn’t get full choice of sizes available,as I am 6’4”,290 lbs the biggest size would have been better for me. The ledge on the backside of tub was not installed correctly,water kept accumulating as it slanted away from tub. It took several calls to get someone to come out and deal with the problem. You sent someone that saw the problems and could fix them. It took 4 plus hours but it was well. I don’t use the tub often as the width is not comfortable . I mostly take a shower. In hindsight I would have gotten the bigger size, I would have paid for it,paid cash for this one. I would have gotten a custom shower instead of the tub. I mostly shower.
