Everything that they tell me has never happened before seems to be happening on my shower renovation every step of the way. I’m not sure how competent they are in dealing with problem solving and solutions to fix things that they did not anticipate. I feel that had I not kept on top of things every step of the way I would have waited much longer to get things fixed. They installed a defective shower door from the only company, Arizona Doors, and after attempting to fix my water leaking outside my shower every way but the obvious step of replacing the door which bent on the left side allowing water to get behind the Still and then water leaks out of the shower. I have to keep a towel on the floor daily. If Arizona Door can’t replace the door properly I was told I can get my own custom door which will not be covered by the lifetime warranty I was promised. The staff at Leaf seems unequipped to deal with problems effectively. I don’t have a lot of confidence in their capacity to fix things that don’t go smoothly. Renovations are always problematic. I renovated my entire house prior to this shower renovations in 2 of my bathrooms. I’ve never had as much disappointment with any other contractors I’ve dealt with. Leaf appears to mean well yet not capable of taking effective actions in a timely manner. This project began in March 2022 and on July 3 I’m still uncertain when it will be complete.

The project was done in a professional way and the craftsman was great and efficient. The financing of the project was awful. Because of the finance company used, I will not use Leaf Home Safety for any future projects.

The service was excellent. I met with the salesman one day and the next day I had my stair glider. Would definitely recommend!

We love our shower stall. The communication between your staff and us was atrocious. I'm still waiting on a text back from the project manager. The work is incomplete. They sent one person to do the job after they were told it needed to be done within 2 days. The installer said it should be a 3 day job. We wasted vacation days due to the lack of communication. We started the process in late Feb and our product wasn't ready by mid May. There is no way I'll use your company for anything again . Your service is one on a scale of 1-10.

The job is still unfinished with no time-line on when it will be completed. The product was not what was explained or represented by the sales person. We are not satisfied with the end result. Not worth the money paid out for what was promised.

This company has installed the safest, professionally constructed, with excellent workers, most beautiful shower we could ever expect and in this day and time…a great plus to the business for supplying this shower in our house!!! Jake and Catherine are an excellent team and Eric as well. Don’t remember the building team names…boy oh boy just respectful, reliable, and skillful. Thank you Leaf Home for all you do it’s the best for us💯❤️

The showers are beautiful!

My shower is beautiful; Clean, sparkling, beautiful and a dramatic change from my 70’s tub. William was an awesome worker as was his son. Professional and a company I highly recommend. Very happy!
