Stair Lift
I ordered a stair lift on 1/22/22 which was estimated to be installed no later than 5/22/22. I had difficulty receiving updates and had to deal with multiple changes in personnel handling my account. I was given 3 different shipping dates for my product and told the delays were on the side of Harmar (the manufacturer). The stair lift was finally installed on 6/29/22 by a third party licensed installer who was very professional. The product itself appears to be very well made but my primary problems occurred with the extensive delay and changes in personnel.

The two day job turned into to four…
The two day job turned into to four partial days of crew work. Site cleanup was good, communication could’ve been improved. I should’ve been asked if old showerhead and old squeegee wanted to be kept by me. I still need corrections done… Hopefully next week…

Over all happy with shower I had put in.
I generally happy with the shower install. Was done in one day. There were some miner issues hopefully will be taken care of.

Very Happy
The young man that installed our shower was wonderful, prompt and capable. Installation took 2 days and result is beautiful. My only complaint would be that the glass door entrance is too narrow. I think this is because the 2 sliding glass doors are too wide for the shower door opening.

The installer was very good in keeping the dust down as well as the noise. When he was finished it was looking great and just what we wanted.
