This was a very upsetting experience. The installation date was rescheduled multiple times causing my husband and I to miss work and change plans s several times. In addition I did not receive all that was discussed during the sale and the walk through. However, once we finally had a contractor come from OH (only after I threatened to cancel the job) he was very nice, professional and did a really good job.

Great service. On schedule, within budget and with diligence. As far as the chair, so far so good. Does what was promised. We will have to wait to assess the long run performance, but everything so far very satisfying.

The worker that did our shower install was pleasant, friendly and a very hard worker. The bathroom was clean when he was gone, even after taking out a tub and tile on the wall.

All of the team members we worked with were professional and knowledgeable, from the salesman to the installers.

I am so pleased and in love with our new walk in shower. It ended up being more than expected and the young man that did the job amazingly and in record time. I was expecting a "crew" to come in and it was one man who did it all. It turned out a beautiful job and i'm so thrilled. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU

Quality installation

The quality of the materials are excellent, the quality of the installers knowledge and skill is excellent. The professionalism of the installers is fantastic, so careful of their impact upon the rest of the house. I love my new bathroom. only concern is planning of the backup team, often my team was missing a peice or supply and that delayed my installation.
