Safety in having a stairlift
I could not be more pleased with out new stairlift. I don't have to worry that my husband will fall down the stairs and it has taken a lot of stress off my knees. I am so happy with our stairlift.

It took 3 full days with 2 men working
It took 3 full days with 2 men working. Mostly done professionally. They were very neat. They reinstalled my own glass door, but the settings aren't right. Can't open one side. Also they did not join the trim correctly. Needs to be fixed.

I just had a new walk in shower…
I just had a new walk in shower installed and am in love with it. The process was seamless. Matt the installer was exceptional in everything he did. He arrived a little after 8am and I had a new shower completed before 6 pm. Matt was courteous and professional and had the bathroom clean and looking better than it did before he started. My experience with Leaf Home Safety Solutions was a wonderful and painless process.

Inexperienced installers and poor follow up
Installers who were sent to install this quality product were inexperienced with this type of installation. This resulted in problems that are still I resolved after 4 follow- up calls and no service visit as promised. I’m not sure I would recommend this company for installation and will definitely not be asking them to install any other product for me.
Response from Leaf Home Stair LiftAug 29, 2022
This is certainly not the level of service we expect for our customers, Susan. There are several details in your review that we would like to learn more about. We have forwarded your information to our support team, but if we can help you in the meantime please email [email protected].

I was very pleased with Leaf…
I was very pleased with Leaf representative. He was thorough and explained any questions I had. My stair lift is a life saver for me. I am in less pain since I am able to ride up and down my stairs. The lift is very quiet and can hardly hear when it goes up and down. I am very pleased with the whole experience.
