There were a few glitches especially with SMS confusion.

Joy, sorry for the glitches, in SMS especially. I trust our strong support team got things straightened out for you right away. Just a note about SMS. It is going to be a bit confusing for awhile, but not necessarily because of LeadMailbox, but more because of the FCC/TCPA compliance rulings that are imposing more restrictions on sending SMS messages.

Leadmailbox is a great CRM
Leadmailbox is a great CRM. Dave Wilson our account representative by far exceeds expectations. I was having an issue routing leads from one of my new lead sources and I emailed him late at night. I was not expecting a response until the next day. He replied quickly “DONE”. Great service.

The CRM does is great and you do not…
The CRM does is great and you do not have to be a programmer to use it plus customer service is fantastic!
