LIKE: Ease if use for the end users. DISLIKE: -Reports. Ex; Sent email report only goes back 15 days. Difficult to create your own. -There is no way to download in one document all email templates (compliance request). -Cannot freeze the Leads view page, as in an Excel sheet, when viewing 100 contacts at a time (suggestion). -There are not enough updates/improvements to the interface.
