Quick service was shipped an received in 3 day ! And did I mention the price ? Best prices around

I had a couple toner cartridges start leaking more than a year after purchasing the product. I posted a review with pics and the next day a CSR contacted me to ask about the issue. When it was determined to be a couple faulty cartridges they immediately sent me free replacements. I am very impressed!

Your customer service is excellent! The representative who helped me was patient and knowledgeable. Your cartridges produce high quality copies. I will be ordering all my replacement toner cartridges from you in the future. Thank you.

I love your company…your customer service is excellent. Courteous, kind and fast. I had a bad cartridge and you sent out a replacement right away. Thank you

Repeat customer here, I'm really happy with my experience so far with my orders. OEM cartridges are just so out of budget and the LD toners have been pretty reliable. When they haven't been, customer service has quickly honored their warranty and replaced the defective one. Stuff that should be standard for a reputable shop tbh, so it's nice to have an online store that's dependable.

I was expecting parts and then having to research how to replace them. They sent instructions too!

MJ was a pleasure to work with and the product is very reasonably priced.

Great service. Quick delivery.
