LD ProductsReviews of ldproducts.com

The cartridge shipped would not fit the copier. The cartridge was labeled the same as the manufacturer's original cartridge. Sent pictures of the cartridge next to the manufactures cartridge to show the difference in shape but still had to pay return shipping to receive a refund.

failed ink. faulty service. no real guarantee

The ink does not work with my Epson. I have called twice. first they sent me a new cartridge that did not work. They altered the real epson ink cartridge so the printer can not read it. The second call I never recieved any return lable and was told that i will not be refunded until 2 weeks after they recieve their unused product back. Well I opened them to put them in my printer to find out they do not work. Then i see that i have to pay the return postage. On the site I have an account but it does not have my original order. I feel so scammed.

LD sent a defective product. Would not refund my money (Even though it was LD error) unless I shipped back at my expense. LD would not send a prepaid return label. Cost me $18 UPS. to get back $40 Talking to customer service is like talking to a recording. Lesson learned

LD INK is also 123 INK and maybe more. Part of a large umbrella company called Cartridge Warehouse. Customer Service sounds promising and apologetic but the results are not good.

I ordered a remanufactured laser toner cartridge for my HP laserjet printer on Feb. 3, 2025. I received the cartridge on Feb. 13, 2025. I opened the package and found a cartridge covered in toner and the cartridge leaking toner in two places. I called LD to request information on returning it and was offered a replacement cartridge. I declined and told the customer service rep I no longer trust the quality of LD's products and have returned the cartridge. I filed a dispute of the payment with my credit card company and am waiting to see if LD will refund my money as promised.

Epson Artisan 835. Ordered 3 cartridges. 2 of the 3 would not work. stated "replace with Original Epson 98/99 ink cartridge. they are sending to me replacements I will see if they work.

*Be aware that this company is the same as 4inkjets, 123inkjets.com, ink cartridges.com, suppliesguys.com, quickshiptoner.com* I'd avoid ordering from any of the above. Really terrible customer service. They sell faulty products and don't stand behind them. It's a shame, as they were my go-to ink site but it's back to Printpal for me. I have 2 cyan ink cartridges that my printer won't recognize and who knows how many more I bought from this site that I haven't tried to use yet. I contacted them back on June 12 about my issue and 7 weeks later I still don't have a refund or replacement, but they keep stringing me along. I'm starting to think this has become a scam site, but it used to be legit. Would NOT recommend purchasing ink from this site. I see from the other reviews I'm not the only one with this problem either.
