Layla GrayceReviews of laylagrayce.com

Linsley very nice to work with. very professional & sweet. I will only use Linsley when placing an order, She is an excellent representative for Lalayagrayce!!

So far the purchase has been great, but I just put the order in. I am disappointed that the intro code did not last long

I ordered counter stools and was provided a delivery date. When the date past and no delivety was made, I called and was told that the order was cancelled because the stools were not available. When I inquired why I was not notified, I was informed that they will refund my money within 5 to 7 days. I uderstand that items can sell out, but there's no excuse for lack of notification.

We were moving the next day and were in the middle of a hurricane. Things were chaotic to say the least. Lindsey was a real pro. She coordinated delivery to the new address, and confirmed that the items would arrive assembled, and at the desired time. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing to decorate a home.

excellent communication with the customer service

They respond quickly to questions, provide links and necessary information for easy ordering, options for delivery, and more. Very happy!

Your website is easy to navigate and I found just what I was looking for and at a great price.

I bought the Tocarra rug and it is beautiful. Works perfectly in my room. Thanks
