We previously ordered through Wayfair for this item and decided that ordering through them was a total mess. We found the same item on your website, called to confirm, and ended up ordering with the rep on the phone. She was excellent and very informative and helpful. I will be looking to order through Layla Grayce again just based on this first experience and the quality of the representative.

I have not received the item as promised when I placed the order. I was supposed to receive the item mid-December. There is a significant delay. I am very disappointed.

I ordered a large cabinet and Layla Grace delivered it without trying to upsell white glove service. In fact, the shipping was completely free, and the cabinet was brought into the house as part of the delivery. I appreciated that, because another company wanted to charge a freight delivery if I had purchased on their site, even though they advertised free shipping. Layla Grace was honest and straightforward and stuck to what they told me in regards to all pricing. They also processed my order quickly and delivered within the estimated timeframe.
