In stock does not mean in stock
A floor lamp I was looking for was listed as in stock. So I ordered it. The next day I received a message that it has been discontinued by the manufacturer. Yes, I know. That's why I was looking for it. That's why I ordered it from a company that said they had it in stock. Apparently not.

The delays with shipping and delivery…
The delays with shipping and delivery are quite frustrating. You have a choice in who you contract with. It is unacceptable to be contracting with a delivery service that is over a week late, and that does not communicate with the purchaser at all.

I know how frustrating it can be to have delays with a shipment and we sincerely appreciate your patience with our carrier. Upon reviewing the notes, I do see this was booked on February 7th and picked up on the 8th. We typically estimate our freight transit time to be around 7-10 business days, and we're now getting close to falling outside of that estimate. Still don't have my furniture
I was excited to find out that the item was shipped 11 days ago. The "Estimated Delivery Date" was 6 days ago so we removed all of our living room furniture in preparation after being notified that it was going to be shipped at what seemed like the appropriate date. I still have not received my furniture and Layla Grace has deferred me to their carrier. The carrier has not given me a delivery date yet. Very frustrating. Hopefully, the furniture is worth the wait.

Good Morning Allison, My apologies for any miscommunication on our side or the carriers. After reviewing your order, I do see that our carrier completed pick-up of your order on February 15th and we typically expect freight shipments to take around 7-10 business days for transit. Looking at the carrier tracking they are estimating the shipment to arrive at the delivery terminal between Feb 22nd and 28th. As soon as it arrives to the delivery terminal, the carrier will contact you to schedule delivery of your order. Excellent Customer Service
I needed a big furniture item that I loved from this company before a specific date. Customer service went above and beyond to help me secure the item, making phone calls and emails and providing me with clear instructions how to make it happen in time for my event. I'm delighted with both the purchase and the buying experience that I experienced. Highly recommend.
