I love my LARS stool. It was a little difficult to get the protective tape off, but my husband got it all off with the hairdryer and a little goo gone.

Quality of the Four Hands (Indoor) Side Table seems to be poor. Even though it is used carefully (and no children in the home), the finish on the top of the table is coming off. Super disappointed as we've been impressed with Four Hands in the past.

Great selection of high-quality furniture at a good price. From ordering to delivery, the process was seamless. One of the top canopy bed rails was bent at the end, but luckily my contractor dad was able to fix it! Beautiful bed!

I posted a comment about a queen headboard that was delivered and was a king headboard and queen footboard. The response made public to you all sounded as if they were on it and the issue was being resolved and they pointed the finger at someone else to try to take blame away from themselves, although this is the company they are contracting with to handle their shipping, therefore it’s just as much their fault, in my opinion. I, too, was reassured by Layla Grayce that the issue would be quickly resolved. I was expecting the replacement to be confirmed and shipped that day. We are going on 4 days now and headed into the weekend, and I am still waiting for confirmation that my bed will be shipped and when it will be delivered and assembled. Funny how when you order the bed it takes no longer than 1 minute to process. I would expected better service for the price I’ve paid this company for this item.

As soon as we were notified, our team contacted the manufacturer and began the process of having the correct queen-size headboard processed and shipped. I do hope to point out that we have remained in communication with you throughout this process and are continuing to follow up with the manufacturer for confirmation and shipping details. I know it's taking a bit longer than you'd hoped but I assure you we are doing our best to fix this. Replacement furniture does require coordination with the manufacturer before it can be released and shipped, so unfortunately we are not always able to provide finalized delivery information immediately.
