The product is well built and easy to assemble, although time consuming. Communication with the company was good although several emails got kicked back for some unknown reason. I think it would be helpful to offer clamps for the bases as they slide around in our Trex deck. I think I have found aftermarket clamps but they wouldn’t be the same or similar color as the furniture.

Very pleased with the outside patio set and the tables. Purchased 6-7 months ago and still in great shape. The packaging and delivery process was great! I will refer and purchase again.

The furniture is really nice and it appears well made. The set (reclining loveseat and 2 reclining chairs) was expensive so hopefully it will hold up for many years. The delivery was unbelievably fast! I received tracking info for the first 3 boxes but nothing for the last 2. I emailed support and about 8 hours later they replied with the tracking for the second shipment. By the time I tracked it, it was almost to my house! The products were packed incredibly well and even with a couple box dents and tears there was no damage. It is on the heavy side, but my husband and I (67 & 69) were able to move it to the back patio. When ordering, I didn't think about the cushions sliding out of place but no worries, the bottom cushions clip to the back cushions to stop most movement. Again, time will tell if the clips hold. It was really great to have little to nothing to put together. There was only 1 issue with quality control. The back cushions Velcro to the inside of the chair/loveseat and one side of the loveseat was missing Velcro. Fortunately, we had some to put on for the missing section. It's very comfortable and we are enjoying it very much!

Great product for the money

The modular sectional was exactly what we needed for our deck. Buying sofa and chairs wasn’t making best use of the space. Now it looks like custom furniture (which I guess it could be considered) Out of the many pieces we purchased there was one cushion cover that was damaged and customer service jumped right on it and sent a replacement.

They were delivered in a timely manner and they're perfect for our new porch. Looking forward to many hours of enjoyment. As a matter of fact I feel a nap coming on right now.
