Bought a 7 piece patio set and never received the couch. It’s been a week and have not received any assistance in this matter or a refund.

I ordered the Aluminum Furniture Set with Fire Pit Table, 5 Pieces Patio Sectional Conversation Chat Sofa Modern Seating Set on from the lay in sons website the cost of this came to $1480.78. I found this same set from laying sun on Amazon for $977.49 it I is from Layinsun. The exact same furniture. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!!!! do not order from Layinsun website!!!. I made a major mistake by dealing with the website. I found so many of the lay in Sun patio furniture at Amazon or Lowe's for the fraction of the cost. Going to the website is a rip-off. Also the quality of the furniture isn't worth $977.49. so it is definitely not worth $1480.78. by the way, you can't contact anybody at Layinsun. It is a mobile number with no voicemail.

The set isn’t as durable as I expected. The modular setup does not stay in place, I had to buy stamps to keep them together. The cushions slide, there is not grip. Cushions are already flat after a little under a month. You better really be set on these because they make it hard for you to return as they come from overseas and the number you call goes no where. Have to rely on email and it take forever to the back and forth. Not worth the hassle. I would not recommend their products.

This furniture is so cheap. I finally unboxed it because we are hosting a party and I was so upset. I can’t use this as I am embarrassed to have such cheap poor quality furniture on my patio.

The pictures of the grey color are misleading. It is a very bright grey that hurts your eyes if you are looking at it in the sun. The cushions are disappointing as they all move around and do not stay in place. Only 2 cushions have tie downs so they do not move. It would be nice if they all had tie downs and did not move. I reached out to customer service to try to return or correct the problem but I did not get a response. This is even more disappointing. I saw this same set on other platforms but chose to buy directly from them to cut out the middle man. I would have bought from the middle man who has better customer service/better return process if I had known this was going to be an issue.

We just received our 6 piece Traditional Patio Furniture Set with 2 Wicker Armchairs and Fire Pit Table. The loveseat was a nightmare to put together and the holes do not line up and therefore the back won’t tighten up so it is loose. You can see the screws in the front of the loveseat because they won’t screw in either because there are no threads. We tried the armchairs and they can’t even be assembled because there are no threads to be able to screw together. I can’t reach anyone in customer service via email and the phone number provided is in China. No one will answer chat either. Not sure what to do at this point. All of the reviews seemed to good to be true so we feel like we have been had!!! Help!!! I will update if we they take care of our issues. I don’t trust another set so I want a refund!
