LayinsunReviews of layinsun.com

They fake their photos and use enlarged cushions in their ads, I had to buy additional stuffing to fill each back pillow. The furniture is fine other than that but am not a a fan that you have to rtestuff the cushions.

We ordered a white aluminum patio table. The table that arrived is grey and definitely not white. I contacted LayinSun and got the reply that it’s a dark white and the pictures online might be misleading. Well the description should not be white then. I asked for a refund and instructions on how to send back the table. The reply was sending it back would be very complicated and we were offered a refund of 50%. Also we didn’t like the add on insurance that is recommended when placing the order. After mailing back and forth we were told we would not need it for lost or damaged items or returns.

I purchased the LayinSun 10 Pieces Outdoor Patio Furniture Set with Fire Pit Table, Rattan Wicker Sectional Swivel Rocker Chairs Sets from Amazon. I also, purchased ab extra Sofa for the set from your store. One side of the fire pit panel E. Has a big hole in middle. I wrote to you company but no response until now. I have a picture but no where to send it

We love the sectional and the fireplace, however the starter on the fireplace did not work. I emailed CS in regards to a couple of cushions that were smashed and I still have never heard back. I am disappointed that the starter doesn't work and that CS never responded to my issue about the smashed cushions. 7/7/25: Received the email referenced in their response to my review. I appreciate the explanation and I know things can happen; I was looking forward to getting my concerns addressed and updating my 3* to a higher score once the issue had been resolved. I responded right away to their email response to my review and explained the issue that I am having w/ the fireplace starter not working, but several weeks later I have not received an email back about my concern. Originally they said they never received my 1st email, but when I responded directly to their email, the results has been the same....silence. It is a shame because we LOVE the set and we get compliments on it all the time, but the customer service follow up has not been a good experience and I am still left with a new fireplace that the starter doesn't work.
