Customer service is the best. I was missing a box and they quickly located the box the next day. Can the company attach some Velcro on the cushions to prevent them from moving? Thank you. I love my 11 piece set. I gave it a 4 due to the fact that the cushions don’t stay.

It was a lot to put together, but totally worth it in the end. I do wish that each unit could be connected so that they don't slide apart from each other. But, I do love everything, the fire pit is great, so pretty!

Product arrived in a timely manner. Instruction manual and accessories all label properly. Looks to be a good product. Only complaint is couple of the cushions were a little smashed up from delivery. Giving it a few days so hopefully they reshape a little.

The order came as described. The family loves the sectional and the ability to changes the layout and move pieces around. The cushions do move a lot, and the chairs do not have clips, so we will find other ways to secure things. Tools and hardware was neatly packaged. There were not enough washers, but we had a box of our own. There were some chair backs that were really rough as well as a hole in one of the cushion covers. I reached out via the chat on the website, sent some photos, and they sent replacement parts very quickly. Great customer service.

Shipping was quick and assembly was straightforward. I appreciate that a ratchet wrench was included and not just an Allen wrench - it made the process much easier. Unfortunately the kit was short on washers which required a trip to the hardware store. The finished set looks amazing and is very comfortable.

As a whole, the set is nice. However, my two small end tables and their glass tops do not fit. No matter how you turn the glass it does not set properly into the table. I was also disappointed to see that all the seats were straps instead of rattan. There was no way to know that from the website. I have had seats with straps before and they break.

Absolutely love how easy these were to put together. I was by myself and it took 45 minutes for all 5 pieces. They are very comfortable and perfect for my patio. 4 stars instead of 5 because I wish the cushions were a little taller on the chairs.

Lovely outdoor patio set! My son put together the furniture and I'd rate him at a high skill level for building items like this, and it still took him several hours. I gave the product 4 stars because he said several holes didn't line up properly which made it harder to put together. It took him several hours too because there are so many pieces. But I love the look and so far I'm happy with the purchase!
