I booked a ride from the indianapolis airport with laxride. When I got to the airport, I was supposed to email LAX ride. I had repeatedly checked with them as I do not have autoroaming and informed them as such. They said no problem, email us. I did. No reply. I emailed jayride, nothing till the next day. They merely said, I hope you sorted it out. Gee thanks. I repeatedly emailed lax and tried calling but an automated message said to text as they did not support calls. After an hour, i managed to borrow a phone and texted them. They said they'd send someone. No one showed. Waited another hour. In the end I contacted a friend I'd met on stopover there and he helped me text them. This time they finally sent someone. Guess what? He was a lyft driver and he showed me the lyft price which was half of what jayride had charged me! I paid twice as much for a prebooked car that was supposed to be waiting for me and in the end I waited more than 2 hours. Just use lyft instead. Half the price, more reliable.

I recently signed up for a ride from FLL cruise terminal to MIA. I texted the company after disembarking the ship and was told that the driver was on his way. About 20 minutes later, I received another text stating that the driver was in an accident and they therefore would not be able to pick us up. There was no mention of a replacement driver and as a result, we were forced to take a taxi to MIA to the tune of $104!! While my initial shuttle fee waa refunded, I got the run around from both laxride and jayride regarding reimbursement of my taxi fare. I would not recommend their services to anyone. I'm sure that there are many companies that are much more reliable. If I could have given them no stars, I would have!

They cancelled on me at the last minute - after texting me saying the driver was on their way and almost there. I missed my flight and they have not refunded me the money I paid nor offered any compensation for causing me to miss my flight. No way to contact this horrible firm except by text - what a crap outfit.

After realizing that we needed a different drop off point, I tried (and tried and tried) to contact Jayride about it. I don't thing you will ever be able to talk to a real person and response time is sometimes pretty long. Anyway, Since it was 9 am the morning of our 9 pm pick-up, they said I would not be able to make changes, just cancel the first one and reserve another ride. I did this, tho, I tried to explain (via email, as you can reach no one on the phone) that the pick-up time and place were the same -just different drop off point... As you probably can guess by now, we paid for both rides. 50 something for the first and 80 something for the second and my son was nice enough to tip 15 bucks... around $150 for an hour away destination. Wish we had looked into Uber or just a cab. Tried to contact them about this issue repeatedly and never heard back. Maybe they went out of business??

this company is really bad.....you pre pay....they advertise with an audi sedan in the photo... you prepay for your service but they actually sound is a Lyft car... and the driver has never heard of this company he has just received a dispatch that is all and the car is a old Toyota Corolla.... you are better off just ordering a lyft and not prepaying

This is the most unprofessional service I have dealt with in a very long time. I had put in all my flight info when I booked it (arrival time, flight no, etc) and was told to "send a text when I arrive" in my confirmation email. I did that when I had already gotten all of my baggage and walked outside. I was responded to promptly and told where to go. After waiting in the wrong spot that they had told Me to go to for over thirty minutes, I was finally contacted by my driver. Within this thirty minutes, I tried calling the phone number over five times and was not answered once. The whole point of using a service like this is for convenience and comfort and I would have so much rather spent my money ($55) on an Uber. i would not recommend this service to anyone nor will I ever use it again.

I was a little skeptical about this company because there weren't a lot of online reviews. Also their website seemed too easy to set up and get booked. lol... I went ahead and took a chance based on customers review through this site. The overall experience I got from start to finish was phenomenal! The operator/dispatcher, always communicated promptly through txt. For a mere $45.00, I got picked up in a Mercedes E350 class from Diamond bar to LAX. The driver was very caring, by asking how am I doing, is the temperature okay. He also played good tunes as well, which is a bonus! Give them a shot and you won't be disappointed. Beats, UBER and any other shuttle service!

Drivers always ready to pick you up knows where they are going. Except one driver used a gps which brought you to a longer route (Exiting around 168 St instead of around 50 th St)
