Our driver was in contact with us for about 24 hrs before we were leaving. He was on time, he helped us with our bags, he was very polite and a very cautious driver. Top notch service

We used LAXRIDE when we arrived in Florida for a cruise and the experience was excellent. The next week we used them again for our return to the airport and the ride was okay, but the driver did not speak to us unless forced to and then we could barely understand him. when he got us to the airport he tried to drop us off at the arrivals entrance rather than departures and we had to insist he take us to the correct drop off point. it was obvious that he was not familiar with the airport and I don't think he could understand us either when we tried to make him follow the directional signs to get us to the right drop off point. I tipped him because he did make the long drive to pick us up, but I reported our disappointment with the trip overall to the company upon our arrival home.

A little late for pickup and subcontract with Lyft a bit of a surprise... But a good ride and good driver.

Driver was excellent, the trip was uneventful, the car was clean and safe. Very enjoyable trip. Thanks

My driver was both professional and friendly. I would highly recommend LAXRIDE to others who need reliable and comfortable transportation to and from LAX.

clean car promp safe driver polite

The car had only limited luggage space for LAX drop. The driver was not familiar with the route to LAX

If I could put -1 star I would ... worst car service ever do not use them !!!
